On the booking page pick a ready package or build your own: first your massage, then a scrub if you like, and finally the VIP couples room. Choose a day and time and confirm your phone with the SMS code.

Your slot is held for you and a secure payment link is sent to your phone. Once you pay by card on the 3D Secure page before the deadline, your booking is confirmed. Unpaid bookings are released for other guests.

Member prices are for IFC fitness members. Book with the phone number on your membership and the member price is applied automatically.

Private rooms upstairs: a single VIP room, and a VIP couples room where two people are treated side by side at the same time. Add it at the last step when building your package, or choose the VIP Couples Ritual package for couples.

The sauna is free with all our packages and needs no booking. Guests usually use it briefly after their massage (up to 10 minutes).

You can cancel or change the date free of charge up to 24 hours before your booking. See the cancellation and refund terms for details.

The first session is the booking you choose when you buy. For later sessions, choose the same package with the same phone number and a session is deducted automatically, with nothing more to pay.

If you are pregnant, have had recent surgery, or have heart, circulation or skin conditions, please check with your doctor before booking. Mention it in your booking note so your therapist can plan accordingly.

Arriving 10–15 minutes before your booking gives enough time for welcome and preparation.

The hammam is the warm room where you heat up and relax; the scrub (kese) is the cleansing ritual done there. Dead skin is removed with a kese mitt, followed by a foam wash.

Choose 2 people when booking and add the VIP couples room at the last step. You can also pick the ready-made VIP Couples Ritual package.

Online bookings are paid by credit or debit card through a secure payment link; at the spa you can pay by cash, card or bank transfer.

Yes. An invoice is issued in your name after payment; for a company invoice, add your company details to the booking note.
