Cancelling or rescheduling a booking

• If you cancel 24 hours or more before your booking, the full amount is refunded or the date is changed free of charge.
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before, you can reschedule once free of charge; no refund is given.
• If you don't show up without notice, the service is considered used.
• Bookings not paid within the payment window are cancelled automatically at no charge.

Multi-session packages

Packages can be used within 12 months of purchase. For a refund of unused sessions, used sessions are charged at the single-session price and the remainder is refunded.

Refund process

Refunds are made to the card used for payment within 14 days at the latest. Depending on your bank, it may take a few business days to appear on your account.

Cancellations by us

If a booking cannot go ahead because a therapist is ill or due to a technical problem, we will offer you a new time or refund your payment in full.
