This agreement is made between the consumer buying a service on the website ("Buyer") and EPHRA Spa ("Seller") under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, when the Buyer gives consent at the booking step.
1. Subject
The rights and obligations of the parties regarding the massage, hammam, scrub, VIP room and package services chosen by the Buyer on the website, their performance at the Seller's premises on the chosen date and time, and payment.
2. Service, price and payment
The name, scope, duration, number of people, date and time and total price including VAT are shown in the booking summary and on the SMS/payment page sent to the Buyer. Payment is made by credit or debit card on the 3D Secure page of the bank or payment institution. If payment is not made by the payment deadline, the booking is cancelled automatically.
3. Performance
The service is performed at the Seller's premises on the booked date and time. If the Buyer arrives more than 15 minutes late, the service may be shortened so as not to affect later bookings.
4. Right of withdrawal
Under article 15/1-(g) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services that must be provided on a specific date or period. However, the Seller offers the cancellation and rescheduling options set out in the Cancellation and refund terms. Refunds for unused sessions of multi-session packages are also covered there.
5. Health declaration
The Buyer must disclose any health condition that may affect the service (pregnancy, surgery, heart or circulation conditions, skin conditions, etc.) before the booking and consult a doctor where needed.
6. Disputes
Disputes are handled by the Consumer Arbitration Committees at the Buyer's place of residence or where the service was purchased, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, and by Consumer Courts above those limits.
